These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NuMe Vibes ("the App"), provided by Numara LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using NuMe Vibes, you agree to these Terms.
NuMe Vibes is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Numara LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NuMe Vibes for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Certain features of NuMe Vibes require a paid subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled by the user.
All billing, payment processing, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions. Numara LLC does not have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, or use the App in violation of applicable laws.
Journal entries, reflections, mood tracking, and other content you create remain your content. You are responsible for the information you choose to record within the App.
NuMe Vibes, its design, software, graphics, logos, content, and related intellectual property are owned by Numara LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

NuMe Vibes is intended for wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
NuMe Vibes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numara LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of NuMe Vibes.
We may suspend or terminate access to NuMe Vibes if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the App, its users, or applicable legal requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NuMe Vibes after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Numara LLC regarding your use of NuMe Vibes and supersede any prior agreements relating to the App.
